Are Your herbs and tablets gluten free?
To the best of our knowledge Merlion Naturals’ bulk herbs and tablets are free of gluten, soy and dairy. The machines used to powder the herbs are only used to powder herbs and spices.
Are your products tested on animals?
we do not test any of our products on animals.
Why does Merlion Naturals use plastic bottles, bags or jars for its products?
At Merlion Naturals, we take multiple factors into account in making decisions, including quality, customer service, economics and our impact on the environment. The plastic that we use is PET and HDPE, which is highly recyclable. Given the lighter weight and durability of these plastics makes it more economical specially while shipping long distances and there is a smaller carbon footprint created by the shipping of these materials. PET and HDPE are BPA-free and considered safe as containers, though they should not be re-used. We use glass or wooden containers instead of plastic for any products that are filled hot.
For most of products, our primary packaging is made of recyclable plastic as available eco-friendly materials cannot protect products effectively. However, we are actively working for Eco-friendly packaging options and reducing use of plastic materials.
What is the best way to store the powdered herbs and how long do they last?
We recommend to store herbs in air-tight packaging, out of direct sunlight, and at room temperature or in the refrigerator. When stored properly herbs can last for many years.
What is Organic Product?
Organic product is produced by such farming practices which avoid the use of potentially harmful synthetic chemicals such as growth hormones and pesticides, but it also promotes the use of methods and practices which yield healthy and robust corps. Organic farming supports health of the environment and the health of the person who will consume the products. Some herbs are sourced from wild forests; those herbs are called wild crafted organic.
What is Certified Organic products?
Certified organic products are those whose production, processing, handling and marketing have been verified by a certification body as being in conformity with specified organic standards. Once a product is certified organic, the product can be labeled as organic.
What is Halal Certified?
Halal is an Arabic word that means permissible. A Halal certified product means that the product is permissible or acceptable in accordance with Islamic law.
What does Sustainably Sourced and Fairly Traded mean?
Herbs can be harvested on private farms where sustainability can be managed, or they may be wild-harvested from the forest legally, or sometimes they are taken illegally, threatening long-term sustainability. Merlion Naturals' source herbs where we can trace back to the field, rather than open market where sustainability cannot be verified.
In sourcing the herbs, we ensure that the farmers are paid a fair and stable price, providing opportunities and income for them to improve their quality of life.
Where Merlion Naturals' products are produced?
Most of Merlion Naturals' final products are produced in India. We source the raw herbs from all over the world, largely from India.
Does Merlion Naturals test for heavy metals?
Yes, Merlion Naturals tests every batch of herbs for arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury using independent laboratories. All of our products, when taken according to the suggested use on the bottle, are within the safety guidelines stipulated by the American National Standards Institute/National Sanitation Foundation International Dietary Supplement Standard 173 (ANSI 173).
It is important to understand that heavy metals exist in our natural resources, including the soil, air and water. This is not limited to any particular region but is from natural occurrence in the Earth as well as the widespread result of industrialization. Therefore, it is very difficult to find a naturally grown product, including sometimes the food we consume, that does not have some levels of heavy metals. We ensure that our products adhere to the standards of ANSI 173.
Does Merlion Naturals’ have preservatives, Artificial Color or Artificial Fragrance?
No, Any of Merlion Naturals’ products does not contain any chemical preservative, Artificial Color or Artificial Fragrance. All of our products are made using all natural ingredients only.
Can I take your product while pregnant and/ or breastfeeding?
In this case, we would recommend to consult your doctor before adding any of our product to your diet.
How to Order on Merlion Naturals’ web store?
(i)On Merlion Naturals website, Browse or Search product you want to buy.
(ii) Add product to your shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart" or Select "Buy Now"
"Add to Cart" Button will add selected product to your shopping cart and you can continue searching or browsing other products. Once you have added all of your interested products to Cart, Select Shopping Cart and review products you have selected. Here, you can change quantity of the product or remove entire products from cart. Then Click on "CHECKOUT" button.
"Buy Now" Button will lead you directly to checkout page.
(iii) At Checkout fill in all the required Contact information and Shipping Address and click "Continue to shipping" button
(iv) Select Shipping method and then click "Continue to Payment" Button
(v) Select Payment Method you wish to pay with and select billing address. Then click "Complete Order" Button.
This will redirect to secure payment gateway you've selected, fill in required credit card or account details and complete the payment.
6.Once the payment is complete it will automatically redirect to order confirmation page. You will also receive order confirmation email to provided email address.
Your Order placing process is complete now. You will receive email notification with Courier tracking details, once the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can place order as a guest user. However, we recommend to create an account to Save your order history and address for faster checkout next time.
Can I place an order for someone else?
Yes, you can place an order for someone else. Do ensure that you change delivery address at the time of placing the order. You can save multiple delivery address to your account and simply select desired delivery address at the time of placing an order.
Can I cancel or modify my order? How?
Yes, You can. To cancel or modify your order, send us an email to email@example.com with your order details and we'll cancel it promptly. Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfilment centers.
Can I change address after placing order?
Yes, to change an address, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and we'll modify it promptly. Please note that in case order is dispatched before you notify us, we will confirm with our shipping partner and update you as actual.
How do you ship my orders?
For international shipping, we work primarily with DHL/UPS and EMS (India Post) to deliver our products worldwide. Express service (DHL/UPS) takes up to 5-7 working days for delivery& EMS Speed Post takes up to 10-14 working days for delivery.
For Domestic Shipping (within India), we work with Blue Dart, DTDC and EMS (India Post).
Is PIN Code/ZIP Code in delivery address Important?
Highly recommended. Using PIN or ZIP Code, we can ensure your delivery address is in service area of our preferred Shipping partner. In case our preferred service partner does not have service at your location, we can arrange alternate shipping option before dispatching the order. Therefore, it helps us to deliver your order on time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship Internationally to most of the countries. Please refer to Shipping Information for shipping charges and other information or contact us.
What are the shipping charges?
For Domestic order (Within India), Standard shipping is free for order value of INR 299 or more. If the order value is below INR 299, Flat shipping INR 30 will be charged per order.
For International Orders, Standard shipping is free for order value of USD 45 or more. If the order value is below USD 45, please refer to Shipping Charges for exact shipping charges applicable for your country.
how much time does it take to deliver an order?
For Domestic orders (Within India), It takes around 3-5 working days to deliver an order.
For International orders it takes around 4-7 working days to deliver an order depend on selected shipping method and destination. For Some countries, It may take more than 7 days to deliver an order.
Can I pay using Cash on Delivery?
Yes, For All Orders within India, you can Pay using Cash on Delivery.
For International Orders, Cash on Delivery is not available.
How do I know if my payment has gone through?
If your payment is successful, you will get Payment Success notification at checkout and you will be redirected to Order Confirmation Page. You will also receive an Order confirmation email with payment reference details. You may also receive payment confirmation email from payment gateway service provider (it depends on selected payment gateway at the time of checkout).
What Payment Options I can use to pay for my order?
For International Orders: We Accept payment in US Dollars only and Accepting all major Credit Cards. You can pay through Paypal, Razorpay according to your preference. Click here to see available payment options.
For Domestic Orders: We Accept Payment in Indian Rupees only and Accepting all major banks Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, wallets etc. Click here to see available payment options.
Can I Pay Using Paypal without a Paypal Account?
Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card that is supported by Paypal.
RETURN, REPLACEMENT AND CANCELLATIONS
The product I received was damaged. Will you replace it?
Yes, please contact our Customer support team by phone or E-mail. You may send related details like photos of the damaged products/package along with Order ID/Number. Our Team will send replacement as soon as possible.
